For professional results: Wash hands and nails then soak in warm water to soften cuticles. Gently push back any excess cuticle with a cuticle pusher. Trim excess cuticle with scissors using small cuts and being careful not to cut skin. Rub cuticle oil or lotion into your trimmed cuticles.
