Designed to slip over the wrist to accent any shirt or costume. Made of Dazzle fabric (polyester) withlace accents & elastic at the wrists.

Cuffs are 9.5″ in length with a 2″ scallop lace edge. Two tier cuffs with a generous amount of material creates 32″ diameter cuff.
